In collaboration with the Municipality of Groningen.
It is physically demanding work, but together with others, that is not a problem.

You collect paper together with your colleagues in several neighborhoods in the city of Groningen.

You are not physically limited, and you enjoy being active outdoors.

During an introductory meeting, we look at what you enjoy and where you want to grow; what your current situation is and what you need. We are looking for a volunteer who can quickly become independent after a short onboarding period and strengthen the team.
If it becomes clear during this conversation that (too much) guidance is required while working, even after the induction period, we would like to discuss the possibility of exploring a WMO indication for day activities. With a WMO indication, we can devote more attention to guidance and make an even greater effort to find a suitable workplace. After all, we both want to be satisfied with your workplace and your duties.
You will receive a compensation of €1.30 per hour for this volunteer work (deviating from the guidelines within Werkpro).
