Tasks and duties
Stichting WelMobiel is active in the districts of Vinkhuizen, Lewenborg, Beijum, Oosterparkwijk, Hoogkerk, and adjacent districts.
Due to the increasing demand for our services, we are looking for new back office employees. The back office is located in Vinkhuizen and serves all neighborhoods from there.
What does the position entail:
- You answer the phone and process incoming mail.
- You submit rides to our drivers digitally or by phone.
- You ensure the proper planning of the trips.
- You process the trips in Excel so that invoices can be prepared by the administration.
Skills and qualities

- You are a social person.
- You are customer-friendly.
- You speak Dutch well enough to make yourself understood.
- You are available for flexible deployment (working according to a schedule).
- You are available for at least 16 hours per week (if you wish to take a participation job).
- You possess a good sense of humor (we enjoy our work).
- You are proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- You can provide a Certificate of Conduct upon request.
Additional information
The interesting aspect of this position is that you experience all sides of organizing our mobility offering WelMobiel (Vinkmobiel, Loodsmobiel, Heerdmobiel, Floramobiel, and Hoogkerkmobiel).
You are in contact with both users and colleagues (drivers), but also with entrepreneurs, government institutions, and healthcare institutions.
You contribute to building a network that you will become a part of.
Because we are a growing volunteer organization, several employees will be actively involved at the office. As our offerings grow, the workload and the number of volunteers will also increase.
We work on a neighborhood basis and will further expand this both within and outside the city of Groningen.
You can learn a lot, but your own input is also highly welcome.
We will, of course, support you where necessary.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Working hours will generally be determined in mutual agreement and based on availability.

Daarvoor hebben wij een personenbus met rolstoellift waar we deelnemers vanuit zowel de stad als de provicie Groningen ophalen en weer thuis brengen.
