Make Monday the best day of the week! Help create a warm and cozy start to the week as a volunteer.
Many people know the feeling: the alarm goes off, the weekend is over, and here it is again: Monday. The well-known Monday blues .
At MFC De Wijert & Helpman, we believe that a great start to the week can make all the difference. That is why we want to organize a pleasant gathering every Monday morning from 09:30 to 10:30, where local residents are welcome for a cup of coffee or tea, a treat, and above all, a good start to the week.
For this new activity, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who want to join us in making this Monday morning a warm and welcoming moment.
What are you going to do?
- You welcome visitors with a smile.
- Together, you provide coffee, tea, and something tasty.
- You strike up a conversation and make sure everyone feels welcome.
- You help decide how to structure the morning.
We want to shape the exact format together with the volunteers. Do you have any fun ideas for an inspiring start to the week? We would love to hear them!
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
- Is social and hospitable.
- Makes easy contact with others.
- Can listen well and puts people at ease.
- Is reliable and keeps promises.
- Enjoys building something for the neighborhood together.
