Do you want to contribute to an organization dedicated to helping people in need? Then the Event Team of the Red Cross North Netherlands is looking for you!
Are you creative, have strong organizational skills, and do you enjoy bringing people together? Do you want to contribute to an organization dedicated to helping people in need? Then the Event Team of the Red Cross North Netherlands is looking for you!
As a volunteer in the Event Team, you organize inspiring and connecting activities for Red Cross volunteers in Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe. With your ideas and enthusiasm, you contribute to events that volunteers appreciate, are inspired by, and that connect them.
What are you going to do?
You are part of an enthusiastic Event Team and work together on the organization of various events and activities. Examples include:
Feast of Recognition
Together, we are organizing a festive and inspiring gathering surrounding the presentation of the awards to thank our volunteers for their dedication and commitment.
Recruitment activities
You help brainstorm creative and eye-catching campaigns to attract new volunteers and increase the visibility of the Red Cross.
Open days
You help organize open days at our locations and other activities for volunteers, business partners, and interested parties.
Depending on your interests and availability, you can contribute to the preparation, organization, and execution of events.
You are someone who:
- Gets enthusiastic about organizing and collaborating
- enjoys thinking creatively about new ideas and activities
- makes contact easily and knows how to enthuse people
- keeps an overview and is good at planning
- gladly makes a social contribution
Experience with events is a plus, but certainly not a requirement. We find enthusiasm and commitment much more important.
