Tasks and duties
As a Fundraiser, you enjoy the challenge of persuading someone. Additionally, you spot economic opportunities and know how to align connections within Bolingo/the dance community with corporate and sponsor interests. As a fundraiser, you focus on securing sponsorship and acquisition. Armed with a good story, you hold conversations with companies and sponsors to persuade them to contribute to the Bolingo Foundation. You work together with the founders of the Bolingo Foundation to coordinate planning and activities, and to refine strategy along the way.

- You contribute ideas for organizing or setting up new projects, activities, and events.
- Wants to contribute to obtaining funds and subsidies.
- Contribute new ideas for fundraising.
- You establish and maintain contacts with external parties.
- You raise funds and grants in general.
- You raise funds and/or sponsorship for activities and events.
- Conveying the message and story of the Bolingo Foundation.
- Maintaining the foundation's social media.
Skills and qualities
- Affinity with commerce.
- A drive to perform.
- A hands-on mentality.
- Is creative, resourceful, and sees opportunities where others might not notice them.
- You are socially and communicatively skilled.
- A proactive attitude and strong commercial insight, combined with empathy and genuine social commitment.

- You can work independently and in a team of volunteers.
- Experience in fundraising/acquisition (preferred).
- Flexible deployment.
- Affinity with the target group.
- Knowledge of social media.
Additional information
Naturally, we prefer to find someone who possesses all these qualities, but the role could also be filled by multiple people. We would be happy to explore with you what suits you and what your capacity is in this regard.
