The Eau Actief Foundation offers children with disabilities and adults the opportunity to swim.
You receive appreciation for your work, which is partly reflected in the children's progress.
Tasks and duties
- Children are taught swimming skills in a relaxed environment.
- We swim using the ENVOZ diploma line.
- You don't need to have all the swimming certificates yourself (although you do need some swimming proficiency), but above all, you need to enjoy teaching children with disabilities to feel free and move in the water.
- Fun comes first!!
- Of the adults, only two receive one-on-one guidance. They each have a dedicated volunteer, but you can be called upon in case of absence!
Skills and qualities
- Affinity with the target group is a plus.
- Some swimming skills, min. A, B.
- Social skills.
- Empathy.
Additional information
We are currently looking for several swimming volunteers!
At the start of the new season, which begins on September 6.
We swim on Friday evenings from 18:30 to 20:30 at the Beatrixoord swimming pool, entrance Kerklaan.
