You will be part of an enthusiastic, young, and ambitious movement with an inspiring team of volunteers who are constantly seeking innovative developments. A place to develop yourself within Groningen's creative and maker network.
Tasks and duties
- You establish and maintain contacts with external parties.
- You raise funds and grants in general.
- You raise funds and/or sponsorship for activities and events.
- You contribute to the further development of the Fablab.
Skills and qualities
- You are socially and communicatively skilled.
- You preferably have experience applying for funds and grants.
- You can work independently and in a team of volunteers.
- You have an affinity with the Makers Community.
Additional information
Fablab Groningen is a digital workshop accessible to everyone, where people are encouraged to make things themselves using various making techniques, such as computer-controlled prototyping machines, and where the open sharing of designs and ideas is encouraged.
In the coming years, the Fablab aims to place extra emphasis on the role of developing a sustainable and innovative maker culture in education and the professional field in the region.
