As a foundation, our driving force is to be a cozy and accessible meeting place where everyone is welcome for a cup of coffee or tea, with some treats, ice cream, etc. At the kiosk, an opportunity is offered for a chat, support, and warmth in a friendly atmosphere. People can talk and also gather information about all the social opportunities the neighborhood has to offer.
1. Well-being. Connecting sports, physical activity, and social interaction. Increasing the appeal of Diamantpark.
2. Loneliness. A comforting cup of coffee against loneliness. Offering people who are alone a pleasant meeting place for new contacts in the Vinkhuizen neighborhood.
3. Safety. Greater sense of safety because someone from the kiosk is present in the Diamantpark.
Tasks and duties
Are you hospitable, presentable, and communicative? Can you organize, problem-solve, and motivate? Are you enthusiastic, driven, and versatile?
Stichting Kiosk Diamantpark in Vinkhuizen is looking for one or two managers, hosts and hostesses. This is a volunteer position for a minimum of 2 days per week.
In this role, you are the point of contact for the volunteers. You are the face of the kiosk in Diamantpark. You are determined to make the kiosk a success. Only debit card/contactless payments are accepted at the kiosk.
- You coordinate the volunteers.
- You pay attention to your guests.
- You take orders and process payments.
- You create work schedules.
- You take stock of the inventory.
- You ensure that the kiosk remains tidy and clean.
- You actively contribute ideas to make the kiosk the vibrant heart of the Vinkhuizen neighborhood.
- You submit a short weekly report to the three board members of the Foundation.
We are a newly formed team of enthusiastic local residents who are ready to support each other and our customers. Through consultation, we can look together at our visitors' wishes and respond accordingly. The customer is always king.

Additional information
Opening hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday* and Thursday*: 11:00 - 15:00
Saturday* and Sunday: 13:00 - 17:00
The kiosk will be open for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 days per week in the summer. This is also the goal in the spring, autumn, and winter, but it depends more on the weather. We do want to offer as much continuity as possible.
