For our annual Hug Week in the autumn of 2024 (date to follow soon), we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager. Hug Week is an event focused on creating moments of connection and joy through giving and receiving hugs. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of this heartwarming event.
Tasks and duties
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing the activities during Cuddle Week.
- Coordinating volunteers and stakeholders.
- Maintain contact with partners, sponsors, and participants.
- Promoting Cuddle Week through various channels.
- Taking care of the logistical and administrative tasks surrounding the event.
- Evaluating the project and reporting to the board of the foundation.
Skills and qualities
What we ask:
- Experience in project management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and flexible attitude.
- Affinity with the objectives of Stichting Knuffelkunst.
- Availability during the preparation period and Cuddle Week itself.
