Interesting or nice about this vacancy

With Move your world for the lower years of pre-vocational secondary education, young people take action for their community under the guidance of students, based on their own ideas and talents. In eight lessons spread across different sessions, they work together, explore their possibilities, and immediately put them into practice. They discover how fun it is to carry out their self-devised actions and attract positive attention.

Tasks and duties

Move Your World is a project totaling 8 lesson hours, in which you prepare and evaluate a social action with students, which takes a total of 4 lesson hours. In this way, students discover their talents and use them for the benefit of their community. In total, you will be in the classroom for 2 half-days, which amounts to 4 lesson hours.

  • You stand in front of the class with one other trainer and ensure that the students become enthusiastic about the project.
  • You gain a lot of practical experience in the fields of didactics, coaching, and guiding students. In addition, you contribute to the talent development of young people in pre-vocational secondary education. For example, they explain to elderly people how their smartphones work or stick compliments on mirrors in fitting rooms.
  • By participating in Move your world, students experience how they can use their talents for the benefit of their community. Their self-confidence gets a boost.
  • Move your world is a flexible project where you can schedule yourself when it suits you best.
  • You will receive training beforehand with an explanation of the project and to further develop the skills you need to stand in front of a class.
  • Does this sound like something for you? Then let us know.
