You contribute to the mission and vision of Stichting (On)Gestoord. You help raise awareness of (self-)stigma surrounding mental health. Stichting (On)Gestoord does this, among other things, through the activity 'The Living Library'. The board writes an annual report that is published on our website. You will receive an onboarding period consisting of participating in Wednesday afternoon sessions and the subsequent team meeting. There is a web editorial team that manages social media, such as Facebook and Instagram. They also maintain the website ( stichtingongestoord.nl ). Number of hours
During the onboarding period, 2-4 hours per week. Afterwards, by mutual agreement and depending on your responsibilities.
Tasks and duties
• Be present on 2 Wednesday afternoons per month. You are expected to participate in the (On)Gestoorde drop-in afternoon (i.e., the Wednesday afternoon). After the (On)Gestoorde afternoon, you will take part in the team meeting.
• Contribute ideas for activities that open up discussion about the stigma surrounding mental health.
• Develop the activity program (policy plan) with the team. This serves as the substantiation for the 2027 grant applications.
• There are opportunities to expand the role to include, for example, network maintenance and more.

• Enthusiasm and a fresh perspective.
• Ability to work well together within our volunteer team.
• The ability to consult strategically and truly see the other person.
• Social commitment and affinity with the target group (people with a mental vulnerability).
