Every first Monday of the month from 19:00 to 20:00 (BSV de Hoogte) and by appointment (Wijkbedrijf Selwerd), we hold a legal consultation hour where many different questions are brought in.

Tasks and duties

Do you want to gain practical experience as a legal advisor? At Stichting Rechtskracht, we are looking for new volunteers!

We are an organization with continuity, and we also offer plenty of room for personal initiative. If the scheduled consultation times do not suit you, we may be able to set up a session at a time that does, or you can answer questions via email or social media. The amount of time you can dedicate to Stichting Rechtskracht is unlimited, but you can also choose to help out for an hour every week. Legal professionals and law students are welcome!

In addition to legal advisors, we could also make good use of people in supporting roles such as website management, finance, and receiving clients.

Skills and qualities

Foundation year (first year) of a legal HBO or WO program, for example HBO Law or University Law.

We consider the following characteristics important:

• In possession of at least your propaedeutic certificate.
• Critical and curious.
• Constructive attitude in the event of potential conflicts.
• Craftsmanship.
• Creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Idealism.
