Tasks and duties
We are looking for enthusiastic hosts and hostesses for various departments at the UMCG (on a voluntary basis, with hours to be agreed upon). As a host or hostess, you are the face of the UMCG for patients and visitors. You welcome them hospitably and answer all kinds of questions. You also offer them coffee and tea and ensure the waiting areas have a presentable appearance.
Skills and qualities
If you have a passion for healthcare and enjoy interacting with people, then we are looking for you!
You:
- You recognize yourself as an open, enthusiastic, and hospitable person and have a presentable appearance.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and can react calmly and act tactfully in difficult situations.
- Has a good command of the Dutch language.
- You want to and can commit for a longer period.
- You are available for at least two half-days per week (you will be scheduled for one half-day per week: 8:30-12:00 or 12:30-16:00).
- Have some experience in and affinity with healthcare.
