Will you create a pleasant meeting place for people over 50 in Haren with a cup of coffee and a listening ear?
Every Monday morning, people aged 50+ from Haren can meet at De Mikkelhorst. We are looking for a sociable host or hostess who would like to support us during these weekly coffee mornings. With a cup of coffee or tea, a chat, and a welcoming attitude, you will help make this place a pleasant meeting spot.
What are you going to do
As a host/hostess, you welcome people aged 50+ from Haren and serve coffee and tea. You engage in conversation with the people and offer a listening ear. In due course, new activities will also be set up in the meeting room. Think of a creative afternoon, a games afternoon, or simply a quiet afternoon. The neighborhood residents can indicate what they need, and you help set it up. Afterwards, you clean up together.
What we ask of you
- You have an open and friendly attitude.
- You enjoy making contact with others.
- You are interested in others and their stories.
- You enjoy working with groups.
- You enjoy contributing ideas for new activities.
- You are available every Monday morning from 10:00 to 12:00.
