De Dilgt is an atmospheric and lively residential care facility in a green and rural setting, offering a comprehensive range of care services. In addition to the residential care center, the grounds feature several residential towers containing care and rental apartments. The towers house care apartments for residents with light to more intensive care needs, as well as rental apartments for residents with a home care indication for personal care or nursing.

Tasks and duties
Every Wednesday afternoon from 14:30 to 15:30, we head out together with residents of the residential towers at ZINN location De Dilgt.
You walk together with fellow volunteers, care staff, and residents in the green surroundings of De Dilgt. You offer companionship and attention, and contribute to a pleasant and meaningful afternoon for the residents. Your presence truly makes a difference. After a refreshing stroll in the fresh air, we return with big smiles. “The best part of my job is the gratitude of the residents,” says volunteer Gea. “Beautiful moments to share together!”
Skills and qualities
- You are people-oriented and social, with an eye for the needs of the elderly.
- You have an affinity with the target group (elderly people with, for example, dementia or somatic conditions).
- You are committed, patient, and respectful
- You enjoy working with other volunteers and professionals.
