We offer a meaningful volunteer position within an energetic and unique care organization. ZINN location De Dilgt is an atmospheric and lively residential care facility in a green and rural setting with a comprehensive range of care services.

Tasks and duties
After a refreshing walk in the fresh air, you return together with big smiles. "The best part of my job is the gratitude of the residents," says volunteer Gea. "Beautiful moments to share together!"
Are you someone who enjoys taking a walk with a resident? We are looking for volunteers who want to enjoy some fresh air and the outdoors together with residents. You offer attention and companionship. You find it important to give others a pleasant and meaningful time.
Skills and qualities
What do we ask?
- People-oriented and social: You have an eye for the needs of the older target group and are able to connect.
- Knowledge of the target group: Preferably, you have experience with or knowledge of the elderly, for example people with dementia or somatic conditions.
- Commitment: You are willing to dedicate yourself to others and enjoy working together in a team of volunteers and professionals.
- Patience and respect: You respect the wishes and boundaries of the residents and offer them the care and attention they deserve.
