This workshop offers you the tools and insights you need to build a sustainable and successful relationship with your volunteers. In addition, attention is paid to saying goodbye in a proper manner.

We start at 5:30 PM with soup and sandwiches (vegetarian options available), the program starts at 6:00 PM.

This workshop is the second part of a two-part series. Part 2 continues the volunteer journey, with an emphasis on binding, engaging, rewarding, and saying goodbye. Part 1, 'Bullseye,' is about weaving volunteers. Both workshops can also be taken independently.
