- You can do this volunteer work from home, from anywhere in the Netherlands or Belgium. All contact takes place via email, WhatsApp, and Teams.
Tasks and duties
We are looking for an autistic volunteer who wants to set up online onboarding webinars for our volunteers.
Within Autisme Digitaal, 45-50 volunteers are active, all of whom have autism. In the coming year, we want to develop an online on-demand onboarding webinar for discussion group leaders. As coordinator, you oversee and steer this process.
What are the tasks?
You participate in the coordinators' meeting once a month (max. 1 hour).
You lead any other volunteers who wish to participate in the onboarding webinars.
You create a script and a PowerPoint presentation for the onboarding webinars.
You gather input for the onboarding webinars from the other coordinators, the managers, and the board.
Skills and qualities
You have a background in education or experience in developing training courses.
You work well independently and take initiative without needing to be reminded.
Personal experience with discussion groups is a plus, but not a requirement.
