Are you the handy handyman who will come and strengthen our Nivon house?
Nivon houses run entirely on the energy of enthusiastic volunteers. For the maintenance of our beautiful house situated in a green area, we are looking for an enthusiastic handyman.
Tasks and duties
What are you going to do?
- Performing repairs in and around the house.
- Implementing minor adjustments. Example: last year, a number of new toilets and showers were installed. An outdoor kitchen was also built and a new floor was laid.
- There are many more plans that still need to be worked out.

Just one more thing:
The fixed work day is Friday. There are always many volunteers in and around the house then, because the garden team is also present. However, work is sometimes done on other days as well. All of this is done in consultation.
We do expect you to be present very regularly, of course, but it remains volunteer work.

Natuurvriendenhuis de Hondsrug is een verblijfs- en groepsaccomodatie, gerund door vrijwilligers. Kleinschaligheid, `het hart op de groene plek', een open en gastvrije sfeer en de prachtige ligging aan de rand van het Noordlaarderbos, kenmerken het huis. Individuele gasten en groepen kunnen er verblijven en overnachten op basis van zelfverzorging. Bij het huis hoort ook een klein natuurkampeerterrein.
