Support the board, maintain contact with companies and organizations, and help solicit decommissioned ICT equipment for low-income families.

Do you want to use your organizational and communication skills for a social cause? As a Fundraising & Corporate Relations Management Assistant, you will help our foundation acquire more decommissioned laptops, computers, and other IT equipment from companies and organizations. Thanks to your efforts, we can refurbish this equipment and make it available to people on a tight budget.
You are given a lot of freedom to shape the role as you see fit and work together with an enthusiastic team of volunteers. You build a network, have contact with various organizations, and see the direct results of your efforts.
Tasks and duties
- Approaching companies, governments, and organizations for donations of decommissioned ICT equipment.
- Maintaining contact with existing business relations.
- Assisting with drafting and sending emails and other correspondence.
- Supporting the board with organizational tasks.
- Contributing ideas for new ways to reach donors and partners.
- Keeping track of contact details and appointments made.
- Potentially represent the foundation at networking meetings.
Skills and qualities
- Good communication skills.
- A professional and enthusiastic attitude.
- Affinity with social projects.
- Ability to work independently and the willingness to take initiative.
- Experience with acquisition or relationship management is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.
- You enjoy making connections and like contributing to a more sustainable and social society.
