Our workshop is a beautiful, inspiring place with many materials and nice, down-to-earth, approachable people. You contribute to a wonderful social project where visitors can essentially use all materials for free in their creative creations. Only volunteers work here; no one is paid, and we live on donations.
Tasks and duties
The Doedertoe Foundation operates a workshop where people can drop in to beautify second-hand items and engage in many other creative activities to enjoy a pleasant outing, take something beautiful home, and pay by doing something nice for someone else or for society. Paying with a good deed instead of money. Doedertoe is for everyone. The positive atmosphere, the beautiful handmade item, and the good deed have a positive impact on daily life.
We are looking for an enthusiastic facilities employee to keep the workshop clean. This involves:
- Vacuuming.
- Mop.
- Cleaning tables and windows.
Skills and qualities
You have a good sense of humor and a heart for your fellow man.
Additional information
You help keep the workshop tidy, thereby making a nice, affordable outing to our workshop possible. In doing so, you help keep our project running.

Stichting Doedertoe exploiteert een atelier waar mensen kunnen binnenlopen om kringloopspullen mooi te maken en voor vele andere creatieve werkvormen. Om er gezellig uit te zijn, iets moois voor thuis mee terug te nemen en te betalen met iets fijns doen voor een ander of voor de samenleving. Betalen met een goede daad in plaats van met geld. Doedertoe is voor iedereen. De positieve sfeer, het mooie zelfgemaakte ding en de goede daad werken positief door in het dagelijks leven. Wie nadenkt over een goede daad gaat in zijn kracht staan. Wij zijn begonnen als een antwoord op de recessie, bezuinigingen en armoede in Groningen. Het gaat ons uiteindelijk vooral om de onderlinge uitwisselingen tussen mensen. Wij noemen ons 'Werkplaats voor blijdschap en verbinding'. Doedertoe is een initiatief van onderop en is met niets begonnen. Op dit moment zijn er 30 vrijwilligers bij ons actief.
