Do you enjoy being involved in the cultural heart of the Groningen Four Days Marches? As a Stage Assistant , you support the Stage Manager, guide artists, and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The performances take place on the Grote Markt, and the artists are welcomed at The Market Hotel.
The Groningen Four Days Marches is the new walking event of the Netherlands, where sportsmanship, culture, and conviviality come together. From Tuesday, August 4 to Friday, August 7, 2026, you will walk in four stages through the best Groningen has to offer – from the bustling city center to the tranquility of the vast Ommeland. With daily start and finish at the atmospheric Grote Markt, up to 3,000 participants can choose from distances of 20 or 40 kilometers.
Tasks and duties
- Welcoming and guiding artists.
- Keep the greenroom neat and tidy.
- Provide support to the internship manager.
- Keep an eye on the timing and schedule.
Skills and qualities
- Presentable and social.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You love music and events.
Additional information
- No technical knowledge required.
- You are standing close to the beating heart of the festival feeling.
- Food and drinks are of course included.
- Early and late shifts possible.
