Interesting or nice about this vacancy

  • Work in a friendly team that enjoys welcoming visitors and showing them around.
  • Fun and inspiring meetings with (international) visitors.
  • The opportunity to expand your cultural-historical knowledge.
  • A great addition to your CV, with a certificate if desired.

Tasks and duties

  • You welcome visitors as a host and/or show visitors around as a guide.
  • You are a point of contact for questions and provide information.
  • You sell entrance tickets and products from the museum shop.
  • You are available at least once every three weeks during the months of May through September.

Skills and qualities

  • A welcoming attitude and good social skills.
  • Do you speak a word or two of a foreign language? That's nice, but not a requirement.
  • If you are going to lead tours as a guide, we expect you to immerse yourself in the history and art treasures of the church where you work.

De vele prachtige muur- en gewelfschilderingen, het magnifieke Schnitgerorgel maken dit monumentale gebouw tot het belangrijkste historische cultureel erfgoed van de stad. De kerk vervult een brede publieke functie en is in de afgelopen decennia uitgegroeid tot een veelzijdig en uniek podium voor congressen, diners, jubilea, lezingen, concerten en tentoonstellingen. Elke zondag wordt de Martinikerk gebruikt waarvoor deze is gebouwd: het houden van kerkdiensten
