As a volunteer board member of Stichting (On)Gestoord, you work as part of the board and volunteer team. You are responsible for drafting and implementing the Policy Plan, as well as its professionalization.
Stichting (On)Gestoord is committed to (young) adults with mental health vulnerabilities. We hold a drop-in afternoon on Wednesdays, and we also aim to make (self-)stigma visible and open for discussion through various activities. With the help of volunteers, we are creating an (online) platform where you can make a difference, develop yourself, and where your opinion matters. As a board member, you are the linchpin of our organization, ensuring that our mission and vision are put into practice.
Tasks and duties
Your tasks include, among others:
- To get a good picture, it is desirable to run the (Un)Disturbed Afternoon on Wednesday afternoons.
- Participation in the four-weekly team/board meetings.
- Carry out activities with the team.
- Drafting the 2027 policy plan for applying for funds and subsidies.
- Communication with the website editors for posting content/agenda.

Skills and qualities
What we are looking for:
- Someone with good communication skills.
- Someone who can work both independently and in an equal team.
- A student/adult.
- Availability for at least one year.
- Has an affinity with our target audience.
