You help people get back into the world a little bit! There is nice contact with the passengers and colleagues.
Tasks and duties
- Just a quick trip to the hairdresser, running an errand at the supermarket, or visiting the doctor? These are short trips, but we can imagine that you would like to be driven and picked up. The Buurtvlinder is now operating in Groningen-Zuid—a chauffeured car that you, as a local resident, can make use of. The Buurtvlinder has room for up to 3 passengers.
- This service is intended for people of all ages who wish to travel from point A to B. Walkers can be taken along. The driver will assist you with the walker. We can also transport wheelchairs. Service dogs are permitted and travel free of charge.
- We are looking for you as a volunteer driver for one or more half-days per week.
Skills and qualities
- You have a driver's license.
- Socially oriented.
- People skills.
- Friendly.
