We will dive into the world of young people and discover what truly drives them. What do they find important? How do they view volunteering? And above all: How do you attract them?

Discover what drives and inspires Generation Z and how that impacts your organization. In this workshop, we dive into the world of Generation Z and discover what moves and inspires them. You will gain insight into their way of life, values, and communication styles, and learn how to effectively align with this in your work and collaboration.

I am Anastasiya Paramonova, a graduating HRM student with a passion for people, development, and work culture. I have experience facilitating workshops and executing assignments for various organizations, covering themes such as intergenerational collaboration, inclusivity & diversity, and recruitment & selection.
