Linking session: Restart meeting

Sometimes a volunteer effort turns out differently than expected, but that doesn't mean someone has to stop. With a good restart conversation, you can look again together at what *does* work.

During this session, we will discuss how to engage in dialogue with volunteers to revitalize the collaboration or how to help offer someone a new position, sometimes outside your organization. You will discover how to create space for reflection, adjust expectations, and work together to find a suitable solution.

We work with, among others:

• Looking back on experiences and expectations

• Making bottlenecks open for discussion

• Rediscovering talents and motivation

• Making concrete agreements for a new start

Afterwards, you will have practical tools to reconnect volunteers to your organization and enable them to move forward with confidence.

Every month, a current theme from the practice of volunteering takes center stage. These are not training sessions or lectures, but open gatherings full of networking, exchange, and practical ideas.
