At the Forum Library's Information Plaza, you can find help with basic skills, as well as everyday topics such as work, finances, housing, health, parenting, and finding meaning in life. Do you have a social conscience and possess administrative skills? We are looking for someone to represent link050 at one or more Information Plazas of the Forum Libraries.
- You will receive a thorough onboarding period at our location on Herestraat.
- After your induction period, you will work in a dynamic environment at an Information Hub. At the Information Hub, you will be located together with several social organizations.
- You are part of the link050 family.
- There is room for your own input.
- You expand your network.
At this moment, we as link050 are already present at the Information Square in Selwerd.
There are more locations where the squares will be built, for example Lewenborg and De Wijert.
When there are multiple enthusiastic volunteers, the wish is to be present at all locations.
Tasks and duties
At the Information Square, you ensure that visitors feel seen and heard. People can come to you for information and support regarding volunteering, citizen initiatives, participation processes, and bringing wonderful initiatives to fruition.
- You inform and advise visitors who have questions about volunteering and participation.
- Using the job board, you help people find a suitable volunteer position or refer them elsewhere.
- You are the face of link050 and can always consult with your colleagues.
- In addition to your presence at an Information Square, there is also a meeting once every three months at the Herestraat location.
Skills and qualities
- You have good social skills and connect with people easily.
- You enjoy welcoming customers and being the point of contact.
- You are able to work well independently and collaborate with colleagues.
- You can quickly pick things up and absorb information.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
- You have good computer skills (including the Office Suite) and are not afraid to make phone calls.

Onze visie De fysieke locatie van link050 (Herestraat 100) helpt om een op een laagdrempelige manier om verbindingen in de stad te leggen en ontmoeting te creëren. Via samenwerking willen we kennis delen, bestaande verbanden versterken en nieuwe initiatieven stimuleren. Als alle Stadjers de mogelijkheden hebben om mee te doen en zich actief in te zetten voor de samenleving, dan is onze missie geslaagd!
