Do you have a passion for sustainability and reuse? Do you want to contribute to a circular economy and build a greener future together? Then we are looking for you!
At Energieweg 17 in Groningen, we are establishing a Circular Building Materials Hub; a place where reused building materials are given a second life. Here, we collect, sort, and sell materials to combat waste and enable affordable, sustainable construction.
Tasks and duties
- During the start-up phase over the coming months, we are looking for people who want to help us from 09:00 to 16:00 (Tuesday to Friday, flexible hours).
- Sorting second-hand materials
- Processing second-hand materials (sawing, removing nails, cleaning, etc.)
- Setting up the store
Skills and qualities
- Being enthusiastic about circular construction and sustainability
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and help collect and sort materials
- I enjoy helping others
- Want to contribute to a social and sustainable community
- Handiness with tools is nice, and a passion for materials is also a great bonus.
