Tasks and duties
We are looking for young people aged 16-18 who live in or near Groningen. As a youth chat volunteer, you find it important that peers can talk in confidence about everything that is on their minds. Sometimes you speak to someone who is being bullied, while the next moment you are chatting about being in love.
Skills and qualities
- Listening with an open attitude is your strength. You can quickly switch between conversations and topics.
- You are stable in life yourself. Additionally, you are eager to learn about listening and speaking.
- You have a command of the Dutch language.
- You are good at reflecting.
Additional information
We ask you to work a shift at least 3 times a month between 18:00 and 20:00. You want to stay as a volunteer for at least 1 year.
