GoudGoed is a non-profit organization and is part of the WerkPro foundation, which also guides and trains people facing barriers to employment. For everyone, structured activity increases the chance of securing a regular job. People take steps towards independent living, housing, and working along the way. The guidance focuses on strengthening individual capabilities and improving labor market position.
Tasks and duties
GoudGoed's thrift stores collect usable goods. Goods are delivered to drop-off points or picked up (free of charge). Everything that is still usable is sorted and repaired if necessary. The items are priced and sold in one of the GoudGoed thrift stores.
We are looking for a reliable, flexible employee with a customer-friendly attitude. We are looking for someone capable of working independently. You will work together with your colleagues in a pleasant team. Working hours are from 9:30 to 17:00 (a half day is also an option).
You can perform the following types of tasks:
- Cashier duties.
- Speaking to customers.
- Hang up clothes.
- Prices of small items.
- Keeping the store tidy.
- Stock and maintain the book department.
- Presenting in the store.
Skills and qualities
- We consider a customer-friendly attitude important.
- You can work independently.
- You can work in a team.
- We are looking for someone with a friendly personality who can also take the rest of the team into account.

During an introductory meeting, we look at what you enjoy as a volunteer, and what your wishes and potential goals are.
