Who doesn't know the Mamamini thrift stores? This is your chance to get a peek behind the scenes at the nicest and most famous thrift store in Groningen!
- You will be working in a friendly team and meeting new people.
- You're doing great and getting a lot back.
- You dedicate yourself to Groningen, because thanks to you, we can donate money to foundations and associations in Groningen through the Mamamini Charity Fund.
- You will receive, among other things, a volunteer allowance of €1.25 per hour and a 20% discount on everything we sell in the stores. A nice bonus, isn't it?!
Tasks and duties
Work in a friendly organization where you will feel completely at home?
Do you enjoy collecting all kinds of household trinkets, where it is a surprise every time what you come across?
Then come work as a small parts sorter!
- As a small items sorter, you unpack the boxes of items that the donors have brought.
- You see trinkets for the home, household items, paintings, and much more passing by.
- Together with your colleagues, you determine what is still saleable, price the items, and place them in the store.
Skills and qualities
- You love variety, enjoy distinguishing art from kitsch, and have an eye for what is sellable.
- In addition, you can work independently.
- You are enthusiastic and motivated.
