Do you enjoy welcoming people and having a chat? We are looking for a sociable hostess/host for the new meeting space in the Kraaienest apartment building in Lewenborg. You will engage in conversation with the residents and work together with a friendly group of volunteers. You will be doing meaningful work where you can truly make a difference for the residents.
Tasks and duties
As a host/hostess, you welcome flat residents to the meeting room and serve coffee and tea. You engage in conversation with the residents and offer a listening ear. New activities are also organized in the meeting room. Think of a creative afternoon, a games afternoon, or a quiet afternoon. Residents can indicate what they need, and you help set it up. Afterwards, you clean up together.
Skills and qualities
- You have an open and friendly attitude.
- You enjoy making contact with others.
- You are interested in others and their stories.
- You enjoy working with groups.
- You enjoy contributing ideas for new activities.
- You are available for one or more half-days (morning or afternoon) per week.
Additional information
