Kiai-Jutsu (Deel 1)

This is a multi-part workshop. Register for all parts separately! You can only participate if you can attend all days.

Kiai-Jutsu is the art of influencing people through your own energy, via your voice. In fact, we all do this unconsciously every day, but when we discover, practice, and can express our own power with concentration, it becomes an art that we can apply consciously! An art that can exert a great influence on your daily life. Kiai-Jutsu forms the basis of resilience, effective leadership, successful negotiation, and effective declarations of love. However, Kiai-Jutsu is best known for its ability to increase your physical strength without having to build more muscle.

Can you do that too? Yes! Anyone who can breathe. In this training, you will get to know your own power. You will learn different ways of breathing and their effect on your energy and that of others. You will get to know your true, unique voice and the power emanating from it. You will learn to concentrate and direct your energy. You will learn to influence others with your voice—intense, gentle, calm, loving, and/or powerful. And, of course, you will learn to apply these powers practically in your daily life. You will be amazed at what you are capable of!

The training is given by Max Sluiman. Max is the head of the Japanese martial arts style Senjo Ryu and owner of ZA-ZEN, the company that combines the mental side of Japanese martial arts with Zen and psychology to help you become the best version of yourself.
